UPS Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance- With annual or biannual service visits, Sterling Oakes Services, Inc. and APC can perform regular performance upgrades, battery checks, and overall system calibration as necessary. We offer two levels of service.

1. APC Tech- Stop problems from happening before they occur
In order to keep your APC systems running at maximum efficiency, it is imperative that Preventive Maintenance be performed on a regular basis. Our service policy is to prevent problems before they occur. Advance power systems contain components and parts that will wear out over time. Proper care and regular maintenance will help you avoid unnecessary downtime, saving you time and money. To be sure your system is receiving the care it needs, you need specially trained staff, who are familiar with the inner workings of the APC products. APC Preventive Maintenance services give your system the level of service it needs and you the peace of mind you deserve.

2. SOS Tech- With the SOS Tech option, we perform everything required by APC, plus a more hands on preventive maintenance. Where the APC preventive maintenance is regarded more as visual, SOS Tech torques every battery connection, all power connections, plus a thorough cleaning. Along with the SOS Tech, optional Thermal Infrared connection testing is available, along with Reliable Power Meter testing, options that are not available with APC Service alone.

Emergency Service- With Our Certified APC Technicians, we are able to dispatch to your location and troubleshoot any APC product. If you are under a service agreement, APC pays for all of our time and parts needed to fix your problem.
